Some fights moves are really reminiscent of the first too, and though sceneries feel similar it also feels like they really took it to Hollywood with this one! Beaches, waves, sunshine. though none of these little homages or character-related bits require you to watch the first to understand, it does become more enjoyable when you do. The movie goes back to a lot of elements from the first one too, like the cook, the intro, vehicle gadgetry. Though I do wonder whatever happened to the girl from the first movie it feels the character has grown since the last one. It's no longer about just the little group, but a world-encompassing event - even if they manage to keep it personal anyway by centering on a select few people. ![]() Everything else though: woah! It can't get much better than this.īoth plot and action is drastically elevated since the last one. The CGI was a bit off, and dragging the car against that crane and still having it land on all four wheels.
